Laguna PowerClear Max UV Sterilizers have many features including a quartz sleeve that protects the bulb and helps maintain proper bulb temperature. The unique spiral-shaped contact chamber increases UV contact time that can increase efficiency by at least 50%. Units are rated to efficiently function at a specified flow rate as well as an indicated maximum pond volume. Quickly and easily installs in-line on a pond system thanks to two Universal "Click-Fit" Connectors that allow connections to 3/4", 1" or 1 1/4" hosing. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically with mounting brackets provided.
